Drinkers can start planning their first pints again as lockdown restrictions ease and another major pub chain has started taking bookings for April 12.
Greene King pubs with beer gardens are now taking reservations ahead of lockdown easing next month.
On April 12 pubs and restaurants will be able to open again if they have outdoor space, while we’ll have to wait until May 17 to eat or drink indoors.
Groups will be able to follow the rule of six, meaning that six people from different households will be able to reunite for their first pint in months.
The pub giant runs 442 locations across the country, but only around 30 percent of the locations will be taking bookings from April 12 as the others do not have gardens.
