Live updates as fire crews rush to scene of house fire on Herts street

Emergency services have rushed to the scene of a house fire in Herts.

Police, as well as Herts Fire and Rescue Service, were called to deal with a fire at a property in Thumpers in Hemel Hempstead, Hertfordshire, this morning (Friday, April 9).

The fire service says a row of terraced houses have also been affected by the fire and added that a roof has collapsed.

It’s understood that no-one was injured.
