LadBaby crowned Christmas number 1 for third year running

LadBaby has been crowned Christmas number 1 for the third year running.

Mark Hoyle, a dad who lives in Hemel Hempstead, joined Will Manning on the Official Chart Show on Sunday evening when he was awarded the prestigious top spot.

The celebrity dad beat Mariah Carey to number one with his version of Journey’s ‘Don’t Stop Believin.’

‘Don’t Stop Me Eatin” is another sausage roll themed song and is raising funds for food bank charity The Trussell Trust.

LadBaby is a British YouTuber from Nottinghamshire and is now based in the Hertfordshire town.

He bagged his first Christmas Number 1 in 2018 with ‘We Built This City… On Sausage Rolls’, followed by ‘I Love Sausage Rolls Last Year’ which also hit the top spot.

This year, it was thought Mariah Carey’s ‘All I Want For Christmas Is You’ was going to bag the number one spot, after spending the last two weeks at the top.

However she had to settle for second in the charts.
