Temperatures in Hertfordshire are set to plummet this weekend with some areas feeling like -3C according to the BBC Weather app.
Most areas across the county are set to see temperatures hit 0C at times, but it will actually feel as cold as -3C which is just as cold as Moscow, Russia will be at times over the weekend.
As we get closer to Christmas and enter the winter months, weather is something we expect to dampen our moods slightly.
There was a slice of hope for those residents who love the snow as some areas were forecast some of the white stuff tomorrow (Friday, December 4) but it is now more likely that most areas will see sleet instead.
However residents will still have to wrap up warm with temperatures across much of the county feeling like a maximum of -1C.
In Broxbourne, Cheshunt and Waltham Cross, it is going to feel as cold as -3C tomorrow – this will then drop to -2C and -1C throughout the day.
This is the same as in Hitchin, Baldock, Hertford and Welwyn Garden City.

Broxbourne, Cheshunt, Hoddesdon and Waltham Cross
In Cheshunt and Waltham Cross, it is set to feel like -3C on Friday.
On Friday morning, from 6am to 8am, it is forecast to feel like -2C despite it being 2C.
But just a few hours after, from 8am to 11am, it is set to feel like -3C which would then go to -2C from 11am to 12pm.
It is also set to sleet during the morning too.
Hertford and Welwyn Garden City
In Hertford, temperatures will vary from 3C to 0C but at times will feel like -2C at some times.
On Friday morning, from 6am to 1pm, temperatures will feel like -1 and dropping to -2C at times.
It will feel like -1C from 4pm to 11pm too.

Hemel Hempstead and Tring
Across the weekend, Tring, Hertfordshire, is set to be one of the coldest across Herts.
Temperatures could drop at various times over the weekend in the area to lows of 1C, however it will feel much colder according to the forecast.
On Friday morning it will feel like -1C dropping to -2C at times from 6am to 1pm. For the majority of Friday it will feel like -1 too.
On Sunday (December 6), it will feel like -2C from 6am to 8am, but on Saturday it will feel like -2C from 8am to 10am.
Baldock, Hitchin, Letchworth and Stevenage
Residents in North Hertfordshire are set for some cold mornings with Friday morning feeling as cold as -3C.
From 6am to 2pm, temperatures will feel like -1C, dropping to -3C between 8am to 11am. It will then be as cold as -1C throughout Friday and into the evening.
On Saturday, it will feel like -1C in the morning up to 10am and exactly the same on Sunday.
In St Albans, at times on Friday morning it will feel like -2C. But for the majority of Friday it will feel like -1C.
From 7am to 9am it will feel like -1C dropping to -2C from 9am to 11am, then going back up to -1C until 1pm. Then from 6pm to 10pm it will feel like -1C again.
On Friday morning, it will feel as cold as -1C from 7am to 11am in and around Watford.
