Gin Masterclass, ACRES, Ashridge House

Refine your gin-tasting skills at and learn how to make three gin cocktails at our masterclass held in Acres restaurant! You will be guided through the origin and history of three distinct gins, and learn how to pair tonics and garnishes.

You will gain insight into the significant botanical composition of two local and one international gin. Gauge the subtleties of the tasting notes of each gin and enjoy each pairing with a gin-inspired cheeseboard.

This is a class guaranteed to lift all spirits and enhance knowledge for all gin lovers. You will leave equipped with new skills hopefully having gained a new favourite gin in the process!

Spaces are limited so booking in advance is crucial.
